I work in the gap between data and decisions - the part where someone has to take a mess of operational reality and turn it into something that can actually be acted on.
That has taken me through hospital emergency rooms, airline supply chains, enterprise HR systems, and a nonprofit I built from scratch in Myanmar. Three degrees. Four industries. Currently at SIA Engineering Company in Singapore, where an internship became a full-time role.

Won an international science award in Southeast Asia - SEAMEO RECSAM. My first encounter with the idea that a well-framed problem is most of the solution.

Selected as one of 14 delegates to represent Myanmar in Japan - AEON 1% Club Foundation. Spent a month learning that diplomacy is mostly about listening.

Represented Myanmar at the UN 22nd Youth Assembly in New York. One delegate, one country, one vote on the Sustainable Development Goals.

Graduated youngest from ERAU Asia, Summa Cum Laude, 3.95 GPA, Chancellor's Scholarship. Aviation turned out to be the bridge into analytics.

Finished three degrees across three countries. Turned an internship at SIA Engineering into a full-time Executive role. What's next is the problem I think matters most: as companies hand AI agents real access to their systems, someone has to govern what those agents are allowed to touch — the discipline I've spent years building for people, aimed at the newest thing in the building.
