What I Did

  • Created 4 SQL Server views with JSON parsing (OPENJSON) and 1 custom function to transform raw assessment data into queryable analytics tables, enabling organization's first cross-functional analytics capability
  • Built Power BI dashboards with DAX calculations tracking user engagement, stress/anxiety/sleep patterns, and product adoption metrics; enabled executive reporting where none existed
  • Automated data processing using Python (pandas, NumPy) for JSON extraction, device parsing, and data merging; improved data quality by filtering bot traffic and test records
